Service Description

This workshop will teach you how to be fully present; in the now. Being aware of where we are and what we are doing, and not overly reactive or overwhelmed by what is going on around us. It is a new way of being. A new way of improving one’s work/life balance. A way to help cope with Anxiety and Depression, it is a way to help deal with stress at every level.
